PROCESS OVERVIEW:
To start the process, email info@deltaafrica.co.za with your order number.
CHANGED MIND – REFUND REQUEST:
Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your delivery, and the item must be in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse at their own expense.
Once you have contacted support we will provide delivery instructions.
Once inspected, a full refund of the order less any coupons applied will be processed.

We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if items are damaged, used, or not in their
original, resealable condition.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
Products discounted above 35% off are final sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds except in the case of defective sent items as required by consumer protection laws.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
If the product arrives defective please contact support within 14 days of receipt and we’ll arrange collection. If your order is under warranty, please follow below steps: Email info@deltaafrica.co.za with your order number, photos and description of issue. Ship the product to our warehouse for inspection. Repair: If the product can be repaired: we will prioritise this option and advise on respective lead-time. Refund/Replacement: Only applicable if product cannot be repaired. If you return a product we find not to be defective, you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange of said product, and will be held liable for the cost of returning the item to you.
NOT WHAT I ORDERED:
In the unlikely event that the wrong product is delivered to you. Please contact us at info@deltaafrica.co.za to arrange for a return and redelivery of the correct items at no additional cost.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@deltaafrica.co.za.
3RD PARTY ORDERS:
For purchases made via independent retail partners, please contact the original seller directly. We cannot process returns or replacements for these purchases directly
COUPON REFUNDS:
If you use a coupon and request a partial refund, the amount refunded will be the product price minus the coupon value.
DELIVERY POLICY:
DELIVERY CHARGES
Delta Africa offers free national shipping on all orders equalling or exceeding R1500. Orders under R1000 are shipped nationally at a R100 flat rate.
DELIVERY GEOGRAPHY:
Delta Africa only delivers to residential addresses in South Africa. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or to farm / small holdings. If you are unsure if we will ship to your address, please contact us at info@deltaafrica.co.za prior to placing your order. Deliveries to Farms, areas considered dangerous by our courier partner will proceed as normal but the customer will be billed additionally for the applicable surcharge.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your delivery address is valid and entered correctly. Should Delta Africa need to cancel your order due to an invalid shipping address being provided, you will be refunded in store credit less the courier fee and will not be entitled to a cash refund. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available at the address provided at the time of delivery. Deliveries take place Monday through Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. We hereby indemnifies itself against failed deliveries. Should we attempt delivery once without success, we will try to deliver again on the following business day and/or contact you via email or telephone to arrange for a second attempt at delivery. If there is nobody present to accept delivery of your order after repeat attempts at delivery, your goods will be returned to the sender and you will be refunded by Delta Africa less the shipping fee forgone. Should you, however, not accept a refund and, instead, wish to offer an alternative address for delivery, re-delivery will be charged at an additional rate.
DELIVERY TIME FRAME
Standard delivery is 7-14 business days. As noted under “Delivery address” above, it is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address at which the goods can be accepted for. (Unless otherwise stated) delivery on weekdays during normal working hours (08:00 – 17:00). The couriers work independently and therefore it is not possible to request exact delivery times therefore please use an address where there will be someone present between the delivery window above.
