DELTA AFRICA PTY LTD – TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

By purchasing or ordering the goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

DEFINITIONS

“Goods” – Any physical goods you purchase from Delta Africa.

“Conditions” – These Terms & Conditions.

“Website” – www.deltaafrica.co.za

“You/Your” – The person purchasing from the website.

DISCOUNTS & SALES

Discount codes must be applied before checkout and cannot be added retroactively. If there was an issue adding the coupon to your order, please reach out to info@deltaafrica.co.za prior to placing your order as we cannot help after the order is placed. Final sale items discounted by 35% or more are non-returnable unless defective. Only one discount code may be used per order. Discounts do not apply to bundles/upsells and already discounted items.

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with items that have been marked on sale.

ORDERS

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders are confirmed upon dispatch or payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders prior to dispatch if errors are found. Free gifts must be returned if your order value falls below the eligibility threshold.

PRICE & PAYMENT

Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full before dispatch.Prices are subject to change at our discretion. Risk transfers to you upon delivery, but goods remain our property until paid in full. Pay Later options are available subject to the respective providers terms.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may cancel orders prior to dispatch by contacting us.Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging. Refunds are issued once items are inspected and may exclude shipping fees. Free gifts must be returned with qualifying items or their value will be deducted. If you return a non-defective item via arranged collection, a return shipping fee may apply.

DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes are estimated and not guaranteed.

Free standard delivery over R1,500. Orders under R1,000 are charged R100

Orders placed by 12PM GMT (Mon-Fri) ship the same day with the exception of sale periods.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may request access to your personal data by contacting us with proof of ID.

LIABILITY

We are not liable for indirect losses, business disruption or unforeseeable damage.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Consumer Protection Act.

Faulty items are covered by manufacturer warranty where applicable.

GENERAL

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by South African Law.Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms.

THIRD PARTY ORDERS

Orders via Takealot, Amazon, Onedayonly or retail partners must be returned through their platforms only.

PROMOTIONS
